Come to Life

Darkness fades into muted light
Then the darkness takes hold again
Silence turns into a deafening fight
Ones life taken and one begins
What a life to come
If he's forced to come to life
Forced to die no sense of why
Forced to life no tears to cry

Stripping the Madness
06:06
|
|||
memories rushing back into this hollow head
echoes of images suddenly turned red
just pieces that cant be put back together again
never again
madness setting in stripping away sanity
madness setting in stripping away vanity
dark secrets that cant be told
they push through my thoughts so bold
can i be put back together again
never again
madness stripping away sanity my vanity
it blinds me from my own fucking reality
my madness stripping away sanity my vanity
reminds me of those dark secrets inside of me
memories of who i used to be
they fucking sicken me
can a man lost inside his own fate
derailed from his own devices
find redemption, find serenity
or be consumed by the struggle within

Torn Apart
04:45
|
|||
When one truly makes the decision to end the life of another
Even it would be nearly impossible
And the threat of death certain
To succeed by advancing outright
It will do to consider going about it in a round about way
The only way to truly go about it is immediately
Run in head long
Torn away, from the life I knew
So far removed, is there any truth?
Are my thoughts still mine?
Can anything really heal…with time?
I wont be the fallen man I wont fail to make that stand
Torn away, reality flies but here I stay
My days stack tombstones where I lay
Memories, flow all red and grey and stained
Alive or dead, an existence feigned
Eye for an eye, Tooth for a tooth
You take from me, Now I'll take from you
Give me time to breathe
Is there anything left for me?
Deep inside this hollow chest
Hides the key to torments rest
Insanity holds the lock I seek
Reality set me free…
